US Acute Care Solutions (USACS) is the new name of the hospital’s emergency department physician staffing company. USACS bills patients directly for the physician services that are associated with a visit to our emergency room. USACS will engage with patients directly using text, email, phone, and U.S. mail based on the information patients have provided when they registered in the ED. If patients have billing questions, they can call USACS during business hours at 855-687-0618 or through their website at pay.usacsbill.com. More information is included in the attachment below.
